Bring your own folding chair, a yoga strap or old neck-tie, comfortable walking or tennis shoes and a towel or pillow as a cushion if your chair is hard. An upright, office type folding chair (without arm rails) is best. Please do not bring a low beach/lawn chair.
Soup is being prepared in our Kitchen.
