Intro to Meditation

This final meditation will be led by Kim Bemis. Kim is a Buddhist monk who has been meditating in the Himalayas for 20 years. Kim returned to Lewes to take care of his mother who recently passed and thus will be heading back to India in the near future. Kim will talk about his style of meditation and then lead a silent meditation for us.

Doors are open from 5:30-5:45 and we start promptly at 5:45 – Tuesday evenings until Dec. 14, 2021.

There will be no Tuesday night meditations in December.
