Masks required in worship and during the week for safety
To keep everyone, especially our children safe, we have implemented a mandatory mask policy at Epworth for everyone. Masks worked to limit the spread of COVID-19 infections and deaths when we were unvaccinated so hopefully, with masks required again, we can get back to where we want to be without having to shut down all together.

Rally Day September 12
Sunday School will be starting on September 12! Classes will begin during the 9:00 a.m. service after the Children’s Sermon. Children that are preschool age through 5th grade are welcome. We are also planning Rally Day events starting at 12:00 noon on the 12th outside by the Bayside Entrance. Everyone is welcome to help out or participate. Parents are asked to fill out a Sunday School form. If you want to do that before 9/12, you can find the forms at the WINGS table.

AIDS Walk Delaware September 18, 2021 - Help us raise $90,000!
Prayer Chapel - Prayer is an essential part of Christian life. It’s how we open ourselves to talk with God. We pray for others. We pray for our world. We pray for ourselves. Epworth is offering a prayer chapel starting September 19 and continuing every third Sunday of the month after each service. Our Stephen Ministers will be present to guide you through prayers, pray with you or for you, or just listen to you. The prayer chapel will be held in Baker Lounge and the Nursery and there will be signage to direct you.
The Delmarva Blood Bank is holding a blood drive at Epworth on Sunday, September 19 from 9-1 in Fellowship Hall. Scheduled appointments can be made each Sunday before and after services at the Pastoral Care Desk in the Narthex. You may also make your appointments online at delmarvablood.org. Volunteer Opportunities
Collecting and Distributing food to our neighbors in need Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays – and rescuing food every day.
Created in 2011, the CRC offers a centralized location where residents in the local community can come when they are facing a crisis.
The New Life Thrift Shop is a major source of funding for the Lewes Rehoboth Association of Churches (LRAC), which gives back 100% of proceeds to the community.
A nonprofit group devoted to helping our older neighbors live independently for as long as possible. Based in Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth.
