Cycle Breakwater Saturdays! – 8-9:30 am on Saturday mornings from September 18 – October 30. Pastor Bo will lead a group ride for all levels of cyclists to enjoy the Breakwater loop from the Epworth parking lot (Bayside). The loop is 17 miles and we will pace the ride to group members – no one will be left behind! A Life of Possibilities for People with Disabilities – Zoom - dates and times TBD by group). Intro to Meditation – 5:45-6:15 pm Tuesdays in October and November in the Sanctuary (doors open at 5:30 pm). Meditation class located in the Sanctuary. Meditation guide Patricia Truitt, registered with Yoga Alliance with over 1000 teaching hours, will help you bliss out with a restful and rejuvenating 20-minute meditation. Patricia will be joined by co-leader, Jayne Tamburello. Using scripture, inspirational literature, and prayer prompts, we will focus will on a deeper relationship with the Spirit, Christ, the Epworth community and your soul.
