100% OF PROCEEDS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE EPWORTH MORTGAGE PAYOFF

– See the staff member at the auction table to receive your personal number that you will use when placing a bid
– When placing a bid write your personal number and bid amount on the next available space on item bid sheet
– Description of each item is posted with each item
– Minimum/Starting bid amounts are posted on each bid sheet
– Bids may be placed in increments as noted on each bid sheet
– Winners will be notified by text immediately at the conclusion of the auction on Sunday 9/18 at 1:00pm
– Payment and Pickup of won item(s) is from 1:30pm-4:00pm Sunday 9/18 ONLY!!!!
– Any unpaid for winning items will be awarded to the next highest bidder
