Susan Love will host a small (up to 15 people) open meditation group on Tuesdays at 10 am starting June 2 in the Baker Lounge. The group will experience meditation in various forms. Most of the time it will be mindful meditation which helps with stress reduction, developing mind, body and spirit alignment and healing. It may include active imagination and use of provided inspirational materials.

The meeting will be an hour and 15 minutes.
