Purpose

Our goal is to have our youth and congregation involved in our community and bring the outside community into ours. We will aim to give Youth and Families a sense of belonging and develop positive relationships with both peers and adults. We will create a safe environment for open discussions on all issues.

We will reach out to outside organizations which are serving youth and children.   We will achieve this by building decision making skills, enhancing a sense of self, and creating a moral foundation to enhance character building in an open and welcoming environment.  All this will encompass regular reflection while enhancing our bridge building and inclusivity.

Skills needed – project management, teaching skills, passion for youth growth, outgoing, dependable, teamwork, non-judgmental, and flexibility.  Others will be identified as programs are developed.
