For the month of August, we will be collecting school supplies for students at Rehoboth Elementary School. The list of needed supplies is online. They may be dropped off to a Food Collection Member who will be available at the Epworth Bayside Entrance - Tuesdays 10-12, Thursdays 2-4 and Sunday 1-3. We will also be collecting in the Narthex before and after both services on Sundays.
There will be a baked goods and local merchant gift card sale at Applebee's August 6-8 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand (to help fight childhood cancer). Please stop by to enjoy baked goods, local discounts, and to support this worthy cause. Thank you!
Celtic to Classical presents Ya-Jhu Yang and Sheridan Seyfried in a 60-minute Recital at Epworth, this Wednesday evening, August 11, at 7:30. There is no admission charge; a $15 contribution is suggested. Seyfried Concert Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 7:30 pm. From Mozart to Jethro Tull, from Beethoven to Celtic fiddling, and with a healthy dose of New Age music to boot, there’s something for everyone’s palette. CAMP Rehoboth Chorus Presents their monthly concert at Epworth this Friday evening, August 13, 2021 at 7 in the sanctuary. The theme is Summer in the City (or on a Yacht – singing Yacht Rock!). This concert will also be livestreamed on the CAMP Rehoboth Chorus Facebook site.

Prayer Chapel - Prayer is an essential part of Christian life. It’s how we open ourselves to talk with God. We pray for others. We pray for our world. We pray for ourselves. Epworth is offering a prayer chapel starting September 19 and continuing every third Sunday of the month after each service. Our Stephen Ministers will be present to guide you through prayers, pray with you or for you, or just listen to you. The prayer chapel will be held in Baker Lounge and the Nursery and there will be signage to direct you.
On Sunday, October 3, Beebe Healthcare is sponsoring a Flu Vaccination Clinic at Epworth UMC after the 9 am service and before the 11 am service in Fellowship Hall.

The New Life Thrift Shop is a major source of funding for the Lewes Rehoboth Association of Churches (LRAC), which gives back 100% of proceeds to the community.
A nonprofit group devoted to helping our older neighbors live independently for as long as possible. Based in Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth.
