Easter Sunday Communion for our Homebound Church Members!

Epworth strives to be a homebound-friendly-church.  We want to listen to the needs of all members, homebound and attending. Every church has once active church members that now have limitations (temporary or permanent) that limit their involvement in church.  We provide Sunday Worship digitally every Sunday.  One of the messages we hear you tell us, “Communion Sunday is very different worshiping at home, especially at Christmas and Easter!”

We heard you and are providing something new this Easter.  If our homebound church members cannot visit us for communion, we will take communion to them!  Epworth will bring communion to you by a Volunteer Communion Minister. They will schedule a time to come to your home with blessed elements.  During this time of sharing communion with you we will also share a little bit of Epworth fellowship in your home.

If you would like to participate please call Mickie at 302-227-7743 ext. 104 or send an email to mmcmanamon@epworth.faith.  Also, if you are watching from home you may come to the church office and pick up blessed Communion cups for Easter Sunday Service!  If you are interested in becoming a Communion Minister please contact Mickie at the above phone number or email address.  You can also talk to her at the Pastoral Care Table every Sunday morning!
