ALL, it is that time of year again that we are in need of volunteers for parking lot monitoring during Schellville events. The good news is that Schellville had agreed to hire two flagmen for shifts from 2:30-4:30 on the dates we are closed. Our role will be to monitor it early and prevent an attendees and workers from parking there. Once the flag crew arrives, we can leave. We will need to let the flag people know what the event is for the day so they know who to let in. That list can be found on our calendar and as part of this announcement. Once again, thanks for this volunteer effort. I will email each team with instructions on where to find vests and batons.
