We installed new equipment to replace our Hearing Assist transmitter and receiver packs which failed a few weeks ago. You can now see the ushers about getting a receiver and earpiece to listen to the service (we also have neckloops available to connect directly to hearing aids equipped with a Telecoil/T-Coil and in the T position). Here’s how they work.
In addition, you may download the WaveCAST app (for iOS or Android). After downloading the app, follow this tutorial to connect to the Wi-Fi network WaveCAST Audio. (in Settings). Select your preferred audio channel (Epworth UMC) and start listening to the worship service in and around the sanctuary.
